ANNUAL MOORING RATES - NARROWBOATS


Boats up to 17 metres (55.75 feet)	£2,130
Boats up to 18 metres (59 feet)	£2,255
Boats up to 19 metres (62 feet)	£2,380
Boats up to 20 metres (65.5 feet)	£2,505

The above charges include VAT at 17½% and are due annually on 1 April.

In addition there will be an annual service charge of £170 + VAT = £199.75 per mooring to cover the cost of water, electricity connections and maintenance. Electricity supply is by the purchase of prepaid cards.

New moorers at the start of 2008 will be charged a proportion of the above rates from the date of the mooring agreement to 31 March 2008.

QUARTERLY MOORING RATES - NARROWBOATS

Boats up to 17 metres (55.75 feet)	£629
Boats up to 18 metres (59 feet)	£667
Boats up to 19 metres (62 feet)	£703
Boats up to 20 metres (65.5 feet)	£740

The above charges include VAT at 17½% and run from 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.

There will also be a quarterly service charge of £42 + VAT = £49.35 per mooring as detailed above.

WIDEBEAM BOATS

Widebeam boats are charged at double the above rates.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required to reserve a berth in the marina but this will be credited to the first mooring fee invoice.
