The above charges include VAT at 20.0% and are due annually on 1st April.

The annual service charge is £204.00 per mooring to cover the cost of water, electricity connections and maintenance. Electricity supply is by the purchase of prepaid cards.

New moorers in 2013 will be charged a proportion of the above rates from the date of the mooring agreement to 31 March 2014.

The above charges include VAT at 20.0% and run from 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October.

The quarterly service charge is £50.40 per mooring as detailed above.

WIDEBEAM BOATS

Widebeam boats are charged at double the above rates.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required to reserve a berth in the marina but this will be credited to your first mooring fee invoice.
